What should I wear?

Hat, gloves, snow pants, winter jacket, warm layers, goggles (if you have them), and cash or credit card for drinks at the tubing hill and at the brewery. Don’t forget your 21+ ID!

Where should I meet the bus?

The first pickup is always at our HQ, located at 85 Delancey St on the Lower East Side between Ludlow & Orchard.

The second pickup is always West 45th & 11th Ave on the street across from Gotham Market.

It is always the same bus picking up downtown and heading uptown so if you’re meeting a friend and each wants to use separate pick-up locations that is no problem, just inform your guide.

What time do we get back?

You’ll be back in NYC at approximately 11pm.* Weather and traffic permitting.

What’s the schedule for the evening?

The following itinerary represents our standard departure times*:

• Depart Delancy Street
• Depart West 45th Street
• Arrive at Tubing Hill at Mountain Creek or Campgaw
• SNOW TUBE! (There is a bonfire at the base too)
• Depart Mountain Creek or Campgaw
• Arrive at Brewery & Dinner
• Depart Brewery
• Return to Gotham

Where do we put our things while we’re out tubing?

Any items you don’t want can be left on the bus! The bus won’t be parked right by the hill, so make sure you take all your warm clothing off the bus with you.

Is beer included in the trip?

One complimentary beer is included. Extra beer is available for purchase at the brewery!

Is this trip 21+?

Yes, this trip is for adults 21 and older.

Can I drive myself?

Unfortunately, driving yourself is prohibited. We do this for logistical and liability reasons.

We’re committed to providing you with the best value and best customer service possible, this is the Sourced Adventures promise. We have a trained and capable Group Leader on every bus who not only ensures you get everything you came for but that you have the best time possible. We go above and beyond and our staff does the same. If you have a bad experience, or if something prevents you from enjoying the activity the way it was supposed to be enjoyed please let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it right. We want you to have an awesome time, period -- it’s what we do.

The trip is nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss the event. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, your ticket will be fully refunded. Event subject to change/cancellation based on weather/river/snow level conditions. All trips run rain or shine; in the unlikely event of a cancellation, you will be notified via email. There are no reschedules or refunds for missing the bus or no-shows. Each ticket is good for one (1) person unless specified otherwise. Trips involving alcohol are 21+, and a valid ID is required. All other trips are 18+. The deal is valid only for tickets on the date[s] of the event as listed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other dates. Provided transportation by Sourced Adventures is required; you may not drive yourself.

To attend any Sourced Adventures trip whether your ticket is purchased directly through Sourced Adventures, Inc. or any of its affiliates, distributors, or partners you are required to sign and submit a copy of our release of liability waiver before departure. We will collect your waiver on-site and by attending you must agree to our release of liability terms outlines in our waiver.
