Winter Trip FAQ

Are clothes included in the gear?

Unfortunately, gear only includes skis, ski boots, poles and helmet for snowboard or snowboots and board for snowboarding. Any additional item must be provided by each participant.

Is there any clothing rental at Mountain Creek?

Yes, there is, however, it tends to be crowded and pricey.

What are the food options for the Snow Tubing & Brewery Day Trip?

The dinner includes two pasta options (one vegetarian) w/salad and a fruit crisp.

Is this trip 21+?

Yes, all winter trips are for adults 21 and older. Children are not allowed.

Does buses have toilets?

Yes, they have.

Is using the provided transportation required?

Yes, for any trip where transportation is included it is mandatory to use our provided transportation. Tickets will not be honored for anyone who does not comply with terms of transportation without approval.

What skill level is required for your trips?

Unless noted otherwise, our trips are designed for people of all skill levels from first timers to experts. Please reference the adventure details page for more specifics.

What do I need to bring?

Your voucher (either electronic or paper copy), ID, credit/cash for food or snacks, weather appropriate clothing/gear, and your sense of adventure!

What if I missed the trip?

You will be placed on standby for the next available bus that day. If there is a no-show, we will happily accommodate you but keep in mind by purchasing a specific date and time you reserve a single seat on that specific bus so if you miss your bus we cannot guarantee another spot.

Where can I view the waiver?

The waiver is available for viewing or signing here.

What if I want to reschedule?

For all of our day trips you can reschedule for any reason up to 7 days prior to departure. Inside of 7 days we do not allow reschedules. For a full list of policies please review all of our new policies on our Covid Operating Procedures page.

What if I want a refund?

Unfortunately our NYC day trips are non-refundable outside of 24 hours after purchase. However, we do offer reschedules for any reason up to 7 days prior to your departure. Please view our operating procedures page for all up to date policies.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

Yes! However, we always answer email inquiries within 24 hours Monday through Friday (usually within a couple of hours) so please email us first and we promise to offer quick and fantastic support! If you would prefer to call, our phone number is 646‍-847‍-2367.
